THE PLAN / VERY SCETCHY OUTLINE OF PLOT IN A HAZY GREY COLOR

Bones: Booth and Bones go to Atlantis to identify remains in the morgue. Booth recognized Dean and Sam, from all the wanted posters around, and is an acquaintance of Agent Victor Henrickson.

Unfortunately Sam is stuck to a blond hottie named Veronica Mars. MacGuyver is brought up to assist in the separation of Sam and Veronica.

Dean and Sam are in Atlantis because the souls of all the member that have died from Atlantis are walking through the halls, haunting everyone. Troubles with the bodies that have no remains to be salt and burnt, while Sam still strugless with being separated from his girl friend Veronica. That’s where Bones comes in, helping decifer which ones to salt and burn, for the individual spirit to be ridded from Atlantis.

Since they’re already on Atlantis, an assortment of the Atlantis expedition, including Dr. Elizabeth Weir, Dr. Carson Beckett, Lt. Colonel John Sheppard, Specialist Ronon Dex, Teyla Emmagon, Dr. Rodney Mckay, Radek, and even Grodin the guy who died in the end of season one (as a ghost).

Ghosts are walking around acting like a normal person, doing what they’d normally do, even though they are dead. Dean and Sam don’t understand where the ghosts are until Shepperd kindly points out that Grodin died two years ago, and that, the guy walking around giving orders, Colonel Sumner, was also dead. By his own hand (only to spare him from pain) none the less.
